Strategic planning and management is a three-stage process including design, execution, and control. In recent years, various models and instruments have been introduced to each of these stages. However, in today’s businesses context, in addition to internal and external factors, organizations’ success also depends on the engagement of other role players. The concept of business ecosystem is usually used in this regard. In this survey, effect of Probiotic Bactocell (Consist of Pediococcus acidilactici MA 18/5M) was examined on feeding, growth performance and survival rate of grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella) fry. 300 fish were prepared and fed by special diet made according to American Soybean Association International Marketing (ASA-IM) principle. Four different treatments (control group with no probiotic, treatments 1, 2 and 3 each containing 0.1, 0.2 and 0.3 g probiotic Kg-1 of basal diet, respectively) were designed in triplicates. Results showed that Bactocell has no significant effect on feeding and growth parameters, but treatments 1 and 3 had the best performance. Although there weren’t any significant differences between fishes treated by 0.1

Research shows that there is currently a lack of a systematic way to identify strategic issues in organizations. This becomes important as effective determination of strategic issues influences decision maker's agenda and priorities. Thus, this paper conducts 21 in-depth interviews with banking experts in Iran. Data analysis is done through grounded theory methodology. The findings of this study show that there are six groups of factors that affect issues to give the meaning

Thus, the type of strategic issues faced by the organization, as well as how these issues are diagnosed and are formed influence which issues are included in the organization decision maker's agenda and which ones are ignored. The present research aims to take a step to fill the research gab in this context through representing a coherent picture of the subject matter literature on strategic
